Can you use it on mobile?
As mentioned earlier, Eureka Surveys actually started as a survey app. It started as an iOS app but has since expanded and now also has an Android app (and a website).
So you can download the Eureka Surveys app both in the App Store and Google Play. And as you know, you can also take the surveys on their website. A small tip if you decide to download the app is to turn on your location as that can give you access to more surveys.
And also if you turn on notifications, you will be told when there are new high-paying surveys available and that will increase your chances of getting to the surveys before they fill up as each survey usually has a maximum number of needed participants.
Who can join Eureka Surveys?
It is not very clear when you first come to Eureka Surveys.com’ website who can join. But it is only available if you live in the US. But if you live in the US, it deserves a spot among the best survey sites in the US, in my opinion, so it can definitely be worth checking out.
They have been told that they might also open up for the UK at some point. But at the moment of writing this review, you can only join if you live in the USA.
Can you get support?
Being able to get support is important on any survey site, in my opinion. You need to know that you can get help if you should have problems with your account in any way.
And luckily you can get support as a member of Eureka Surveys. You need to send them an email on [email protected].
Their goal is to reply within 2 days but I have been in contact with them several times and, in my experience, you will often get a reply faster than that. So the support is definitely great which is a big plus.
Is Eureka Legit?
Yes, Eureka is legit. They pay out on time, they’re transparent about their company information and policies, they’re active on socials and in their community, and the Eureka app and website are updated often.
After publishing this review, They also got in touch with Tommy (one of Eureka’s co-founders) and he was extremely helpful and responsive — another good sign.
