CHAOEX Account Registration Method
- First, click “Sign Up” in the upper right corner from the CHAOEX top page
- Then set up your email address and password.
- After setting the mail address and password, click “Get code”
- Since an e-mail code is sent to the registered e-mail address.
- If you click “Get code”, there is a time limit of 60 seconds, so let’s input within 60 seconds.
- Finally, check the agreement of the terms of service and check “Sign Up” and register your account with CHAOEX .
CHAOEX Trading Fee Deduction
All users trading on CHAOEX can enjoy a trading fee discount (any currency) owning sufficient amount of CHEX. Trading fee paid with eq.CHEX based on real-time market price can be deducted. The function implementation time and discount rate will be announced on the official website.
How To Deposit Fund On CHAOEX
Following are the steps to deposit crypto tokens on CHAOEX :

Login to your KYC verified CHAOEX profile

Click on “Portfolio” option on the top right of your trade page.

Click on “Deposit Coins” on the left side of the page.

You will see your wallet address.

On the other platform from which you wish to deposit you can copy the above wallet address.

You can also scan the QR code to avoid typing errors to directly copy the wallet address.

Once you click the “Send” button after putting the correct wallet address on the other exchange, you shall receive the crypto in your CHAOEX wallet.
Deposit Methods
This trading platform does not accept direct deposits in fiat currency. However, it is connected with Epay (a payment service provider). Through such payment service, users can deposit fiat currency via credit card or debit card into their respective accounts at ChaoEX. This means that this exchnage, through the use of their connected payment service providers, is actually an “entry-level exchange”.
Trading Fees
1.All users：1% trading fee. Two – way charge：buy 0.1%+ sell 0.1%（deduct from the received asset).
2.For CHAOEX – holders, CHEX function as trading fee deduction will be switched on automatically.( Users can switch off the function on [Personal Center] page). Trading fee will be directly deducted from CHEX balance and CHEX – holders can enjoy trading fee discount(temporarily) as follows:

ChaoEX Advantages
Low trading fees
The most attractive thing about CHAOEX is the commission structure. It charges a flat fee of 0.10% to both market makers and takers. On top of that, crypto investors who have completed KYC 2 and KYC 3 are offered discounts for trading on BTC or ETH Markets – the trading fees applicable to them are 0.075% and 0.05% respectively. By comparison, Bitfinex charges takers with 0.20% and makers with 0.10% per trade.
