Fees
The fees for the Partner are provided for the acquisition of the new Clients through the Partner’s Web-Resource.
All calculations of the Partner’s fee will be made due to the agreed payment scheme.
Unless otherwise agreed, the example of the calculation of the Partner’s fee for the Revenue Share scheme will be made as follows:
Fee = (Clients’ wagers – Wins from such wagers – Bonuses)*rate of Partner’s fee.
Any excession of the agreed cap by the Partner may be the reason for the PP on its sole discretion to refuse the payments for any overcap or to recalculate the Partner’s fees. In both cases the Partner will receive the prior notification.
Olympia Affiliate Program percentage of the net revenue from the wagers, gained from the Clients directly attracted by the Partner shall contribute to the Partner’s fees.
Only the Clients who have not had a previously created account with the site and created one after visiting the Site through the links placed on the Web-Resource and made their first deposit with the site, shall be deemed new.
The PP reserves the right to review and amend the fee percentage and ways of fee settlement for the attracted Clients.
Olympia Affiliate Program amendment of the fee scheme by the Partner is possible only at the sole discretion of the PP. For instance, the CPA acquisition (Cost per Client acquired) is considered as an alternative free scheme. Upon acceptance of the PP’s offer to change the standard fee scheme described herein, the Partner automatically gives its consent that the new scheme fully replaces the present one. The Partner’s obligations mentioned in this Agreement shall remain effective in case of changing the fee scheme until termination/expiry hereof.

Responsibility
Olympia Affiliate Program full responsibility for the payment of taxes, duties, and fees arising from the income received hereunder, and connected with the local and foreign (if applicable) tax authorities (or authorized bodies) shall be on the account of the Partner.
Support
Olympia Affiliate Program Partner has thirty (30) calendar days from the communication of the amount of the Fee for the respective period, to express any disagreements concerning the settlement via aff@olympia.casino. If Partner doesn’t send any email within this timeframe, it shall be deemed that they have accepted the received fee for the respective period and have no further right to revoke the same.
