The following fee schedules listed below represent general conditions related to pricing conditions on Company`s exchange platform. Fees are charged on a per-trade basis and calculated as a percentage of the trade’s quote currency volume (by default). User fee volume levels are measured using the equivalent market value of the listed “Fee Volume Currency” at the time of the trade. Note that this currency may be different from the pair’s base or quote currency.

- The referral after registration gets a discount, which is valid for 90 days on the exchange commissions.
- Referrer (referee) receives payments in the form of a share of the total amount of commissions paid by their referrals. The size of the share depends on the status of a Referral.
- Payments are made on the fact (mainly immediately after the withdrawal of commission). Payments are made directly to the accounts of the Referral Exchange in the same currency, by which the commission was paid by the Referral(s).
- The status of a Referral, and therefore, the share of the received commission depends on the total trading turnover of all referrals and the referral himself.
- The number of referrals does not matter, only the total traded value of referrals and referrer is taken into account.
