About BossDao Coin
BossDao Coin is the tradable and liquid token of BOSS DAO, transacting BOSS will contribute to the protocol by filling the DAO treasury slowly, to fund investments into decentralized technologies. This is achieved due to a 1% tax on all BOSS transactions. When the treasury reaches 40BNB, 8BNB will be buyback to burn the BOSS, and the remaining 32BNB will be automatically sent to the investment treasury address. BossCoin DAO membership is open to all BossCoin holders, BOSS NFT, ZUCK Statue of Liberty and ZUCK MAX NFT holder.
BossDao Coin is an Bep-20 governance and utility token used within the BOSS ecosystem to empower a decentralized community building at the forefront of web3. The BOSS Improvement Proposal Process (see Governance) will allow BossCoin DAO members to make decisions regarding Ecosystem Fund allocations, governance rules, projects, partnerships, and beyond.

What is BOSS Token Allocation?
When you stake your BOSS into the DAO, you are given dBOSS, this can be swapped back at any time into the amount of BOSS you staked originally. Staking BOSS is a simple process. Navigate to the “Stake BOSS” page on the BOSS app (bossdao.net). From here, enter the amount of BOSS you wish to stake, Approve the transaction, and then complete the Deposit transaction.

Board
A special council on the BOSS Foundation provides, at the behest of the BossCoin DAO members, oversight of the Foundation administrators. The purpose of the Board is to administer DAO proposals and serve the vision of the community. It meets on proposals requiring administrative review under BossCoin DAO rules. The initial Board serves a term of six months, after which DAO members will vote annually on Board members. The board members of the BOSS DAO are elected by the owners of the BOSS Foundation.
The Boss Foundation
The BOSS Foundation is the steward of BossCoin. It is not an overseer, but the base layer on which BossCoin holders in the BossCoin DAO can build. The Foundation facilitates decentralized and community-led governance and is designed to become more decentralized over time.
It is tasked with administering the decisions of the BossCoin DAO, and is responsible for day-to-day administration, bookkeeping, project management, and other tasks that ensure the DAO community’s ideas have the support they need to become a reality.
