What Is The CRONOS Network
CRONOS is Crypto.com’s EVM-Compatible network. Crypto.com is a payment and cryptocurrency platform that empowers users to buy, sell, and pay with crypto. It serves over 10 million customers, with the growing Crypto.com app, along with the Crypto.com Visa Card, a crypto card, the Crypto.com Exchange, and Crypto.com DeFi Wallet.
Cronos can process more transactions per minute than Ethereum, making it faster, cheaper, and greener to execute smart contracts. It also implements the Inter Blockchain Communications (IBC) protocol, which enables interoperability and bridging to the Crypto.org Chain, and other IBC-enabled chains, such as Cosmos Hub.
Cronos uses Proof of Authority (PoA) as network security mechanism, which is a more streamlined and scalable consensus mechanism while still maintaining security with a range of validators that many different parties run. Cronos is also Open Source and welcomes its community to review and provide suggestions to strengthen it.

Network Fees
CRO is used to pay for general network fees such as transaction fees to access and support network operations. Fees are significantly lower than other EVM-compatible chains, thanks to the PoA approach.

Side quests for our NFT staking partners. $MHUB, the Metaverse Hub Token: This token will be paired with $CRX and will become the main rewards token at the Metaverse Hub.
Additionally, you will be able to spend it on features such as Artifacts and Raffles. This token will also incorporate transaction taxes to share revenue amongst its holders and auto-increase its liquidity. The first MHUB mini-game, the Metaverse Hub Raffle: Special events where you will be able to participate by depositing $MHUB for the opportunity to win a loot! Special collectible artifacts: You will be able to buy your artifacts using $MHUB. These artifacts give your Adventurers a power boost, helping them bring you larger yields from their adventures.
