How ritestream NFTs work
Cinematic NFTs are publicly verifiable records of ownership issued off a blockchain that can be programmed to automatically issue commissions and audience or team rewards. They empower filmmakers, their crews, the fans, and all the stakeholders in a project to share in the funding and the longevity ownership of their creation.ritestream’s NFT focus offers a new lens for creators. Through it they can clearly see and actualize the destiny of their creation.
Creating an NFT
A Creator with either a brand new idea or even an established franchise will be able to list their project on the ritestream platform seeking support from the community. Each Creator will go through a stringent KYC process on the ritestream platform to ensure that their project is legitimate. The Creator will have the ability to determine how much their NFT is valued on creation and thereby offer a portion of that NFT for sale to the community. Community members can then purchase fractional amounts of this NFT for the stated amount.
The Creator has to set a minimum budget amount (“Hard Cap”) which is necessary for the creation of that NFT. Once the Hard Cap is reached, the ritecoins will be released to the Creator in tranches in accordance with milestones that they have stated as part of their project listing on ritestream. This mechanism ensures that the rights of the fractional owners are protected and also such that the liquidity of ritecoin is managed by the ritestream platform.

NFT Creation
Ritestream is a vehicle for Creators to fund their creative ideas and bring their vision to life. Creators list their NFT projects for funding and offer the community the opportunity to have fractional ownership of the NFT by contributing using the ritecoin. Creators will need to stake the equivalent of US$1,000 in ritecoins to list their projects for funding on the platform. They will need to hold these coins in their wallets for a period of twelve months post funding of their NFT through the community.
Tokens to incentives high caliber NFT projects
They want to build a content rich ecosystem that not only encourages new talent but also attracts established producers and directors to the platform. 60% of the community pool will be reserved for supporting NFT projects on the platform. Community members that hold a minimum of US$10,000 equivalent in tokens in their wallets for a period of 6 months or more will be eligible to vote on which projects get supported via the community pool.
