Space Rebase XUSD Coin would like to introduce an innovative in-house project: Space Rebase. It is inspired by Tomb Finance (an Algorithmic Stablecoin Platform) & Ampleforth’s Elastic Rebase mechanism, a truly revolutionary mix. $SPACE measures the value of the Space Rebase Protocol and shareholders’ trust in it’s ability to maintain it’s peg tokens ($XUSD, $XMATIC) close to peg.
During epoch expansions, the protocol mints peg tokens and distributes it proportionally to all $SPACE/USDC LP (Dual-Yield Boardroom) and/or $SPACE (Single-Stake Boardroom) holders who have staked their tokens in the Boardroom.

$SPACE Liquidity Mining
56,000 $SPACE will be allocated as incentives for the Liquidity Mining program for 1 year. Initially, there will be 2 pools:
- XSHIP/XSHARE LP earn SPACE: 60x multiplier (discontinued as of November 6, 2022)

Dual-Yield Boardroom ($XUSD)
- There are 28 bootstrap epochs, which means the boardroom will print regardless if $XUSD is under / above peg for the first 28 epochs only.
- Deposits/withdrawals into/from Boardroom will lock $SPACE/USDC LP for 8 epochs and $XUSD rewards for 4 epochs.
- Claiming $XUSD rewards will lock staked $SPACE/USDC LP for 8 epochs and the next $XUSD rewards can only be claimed 4 epochs later.
- Distribution of $XUSD during expansion:75% as reward for Boardroom $SPACE/USDC LP stakers 20% goes to DAO 5% goes to Dev fund.
What is Elastic Rebase Mechanism?
The Elastic Rebase mechanism allows a token to have an elastic supply. Meaning, the total supply adjusts itself up or down every rebase. Rebases take place every epoch (every 6 hours). Here is a simple explanation: Token XYZ has a target price of $1, if XYZ price is above $1, new XYZ tokens are released which will result in the circulating supply going up, forcing XYZ price to $1. By contrast, when XYZ price is below 1$, the platform will remove a portion of XYZ from the circulating supply and force XYZ price to 1$.
This change is supply takes place everywhere: in a users’ wallets, farms, pools, etc. This universal control over supply helps make it easier to maintain peg and protect the ecosystem. The important point is that after a rebase, users own relatively the same percentage of the entire network. That means everyone still owns the same percentage of all the tokens in existence after each rebase.
