Mad Hatter Society are a blockchain centric development company with a focus on integrating Web3 with tangible businesses via Active World Club. They generate revenue by breaking down our corporate structure into four (4) specific categories. In-House Projects (IHP) are products and or services we design, manage and market internally; Partner Projects (PP) are products and or services that fit are PP criteria. They infuse capital, technology and marketing and share in ownership as well as a percentage of gross revenue; Exchange Listings (EL) are new listings that they add to AWCx.
Fees are generated on a case-by-case basis but normally consist of a listing fee, a percentage of token supply and a joint-venture and lastly, M&A (M&A) are crypto transactions that are built around traditional mergers and acquisition of which a portion of the revenue generated is distributed to our members.

Mad Hatter Society
The purpose is to bridge the gap created by over regulation in the traditional funding industry. To do this, we developed a proprietary Web3 gateway that holds either a percentage or specific dollar amount of selected deals executed by Active World Holdings. For liquidity, we offer MADHAT tokens on a institutional scale that carries a preferential return with a fixed time period.
Now is the time for funders to pivot. MADHAT is modeled after the Investment Company Act of 1940, specifically the BDC exemption giving us the framework for rewards for holders. All contracts are issued as a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) and the terms of the agreement is executed on the blockchain. If MADHAT tokes are to be issued at contract signing, they are automatically issued pursuant to the NFT without human interaction or interference.
NFT pairing packages start at $250,000.00 with a initial performance yield of 3:1 or 12.2%, whichever is greater and uses our proprietary Devlock.io application for a 365-day lock period.
Ecosystem
MADHAT was developed as the token for Active World Club VIP Members. In order to participate in AWC’s Monkey Island Metaverse project, Club Token Staking, AWC Auctions and other Web3 AWC applications, members must own and burn 500 MADHAT on an annual basis.
