1

Overview

If you believe that content published on coinworldstory.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice using the process described below. We will review valid notices and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

2

Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a notice of alleged copyright infringement, send a written communication to our designated agent (see Section 6) that includes all of the information listed in Section 3. Incomplete notices may delay or prevent processing.

3

Required Information

A valid DMCA notice must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g. the exact URL on coinworldstory.com)
  • Your contact information — name, address, phone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
4

Counter-Notification

If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., an appropriate judicial district)

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the material unless the original complainant files a court action within the timeframe required by law.

5

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the access of users or contributors who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.

6

Designated Agent

DMCA notices and counter-notifications should be sent to our designated agent:
