The claim of the Rostov Region Prosecutor’s Office with the requirement to block two sites of the Cashbury group of companies – cashbury.rf and cashbery.com – was left without movement.
The claim by the Pervomaisky District Court of Rostov-on-Don was left until October 12. Within these time limits, the prosecutor’s office, which has applied to the court, must eliminate the shortcomings.
Recall, the Central Bank of Russia suspected “Cashbury” in creating a financial pyramid using cryptocurrency. Tens of thousands of people all over the country are already participating in the pyramid. Information about the company was sent to the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
Then Valery Lyakh, director of the department for countering unfair practices of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, stated that the damage from the Cashbury group of companies could amount to more than 1 billion rubles.
