Boat noodle soup with beef was prepared here and sold for just THB 16 (about USD 0.50). You could eat one bowl within three or four bites!

According to their menu description, they first boil their pork in herbal soup before air-chilling it and smoking before finally deep-frying in its own oil to produce supremely crunchy chunks that pair perfectly with soft and sticky rice noodles – perfect if you love pork belly! If this dish sounds intriguing then don’t miss it.
